My academic journey began at the Shenandoah Conservatory of Music, where I graduated with a degree in Music Theatre. This foundation laid the groundwork for a vibrant career in the performing arts. I spent several years living in New York City, where I had the opportunity to perform at prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall and in various Off-Broadway productions. Additionally, I was fortunate to work with the Disney Cruise Line and participate in numerous national tours, which allowed me to explore and share my passion for theatre across North America.

I have had the privilege of teaching Talented Theatre in St. Tammany and Jefferson Parish, where I served as a gifted and talented teacher and theatre evaluator. In 2015, I was appointed Director of Performing Arts at St. Martin’s Episcopal School. During my time there, I was honored to receive the Innovative Teacher of the Year Award and the Outstanding Teacher of the Year Award. Both of these were awarded to me because of my dedication to excellence in education and the arts. I created a thriving performing arts camp that tripled in numbers by the second year.

Currently, I serve as the Fine Arts Director at Christian Brothers School in New Orleans. In this role, I oversee the theatre and art curriculum for the entire school, ensuring that students receive a comprehensive and enriching education in the arts. My responsibilities also include marketing and event planning, which are crucial for promoting our programs and engaging the entire community.

In addition to my administrative and teaching roles, I remain active in the performing arts scene throughout the greater New Orleans area. I continue to perform and direct, contributing to both stage productions and film projects. My goal as an educator is to create a nurturing and creative environment where students can discover and develop their unique voices. Every student has the potential to express himself or herself through the arts, and I am committed to guiding them on this transformative journey.
